    The microbial fuel cell was constructed using activated sludge from anaerobic tank of reclaimed water treatment station of Kunming Metallurgy College as a simulated domestic wastewater. Using microbial fuel cell to treat domestic wastewater and generate electricity, it can realize the recovery and utilization of energy while treating wastewater. The results show that when the glucose concentration is controlled at 10 mmol · L-1 ,the pH is controlled at 7andthe temperature was controlled at 35 ℃, it has the best electrochemical performance. The output voltage is 0.326 V, the holding time is 1120 min, the maximum output power density is 846.87, the internal resistance is 240Ω, and the COD removal rate is 46.11%. There are three different strains in MFC solution, among which acidophilic Stenotrophomonas has become the main dominant strain of MFC anode electricity producing bacteria; Veronii Pseudomonas and plecoglossicada Pseudomonas have become secondary dominant electricity producing bacteria in MFC anode chamber.
